Zen House Chiang Mai
Just about everything we do is a habit. Most of us are addicted to one thing or another, some to many things. If we’re addicted to love and happiness, that’s good. But if we’re addicted to self-destruction, maybe it’s not so good. I’ve written a book titled A Radiant New You - a guide to self love and self healing. I also have a book titled 21st Century Zen.
It takes 21 days to break a habit. I have no judgment of your ‘not kind to yourself’ habit. But I do offer a solution. I invite one person at a time to come to my spacious home in Chiang Mai, located in a safe, quiet, smoke free, walled compound, near the center of the city. The ambiance is lovely and you can choose from one of my two very cozy guest rooms, with private bath and refrigerator. I have a big living room, dining room, den, two dining courtyards, a zen garden, a full kitchen, washer, a jacuzzi and free wifi. You can see photos on my FB page “Zen House Chiang Mai.”
I have lived in Chiang Mai for over 5 years, and know the city. I offer many skills including Life Coaching, Tarot and Human Design readings, diet and fitness advice, etc. Last year months ago I was addicted to two food groups: wheat and dairy. After 21 days don’t even think about eating anything with wheat and dairy, and don’t miss them at all. I now see them with a different attitude: “That is what made me fat and I don’t want to be fat again.” It’s no different than being an alcoholic. Indulging in what destroys our good health and happiness has consequences.
At the Zen House, together we’ll just say “No” to the addiction, and find a better alternative. You will eat well, sleep well and exercise daily. We can visit the Buddhist temples and you’ll get to know Chiang Mai. The total package for 25 nights, including two very healthy smoothies a day, a free bicycle, free Uber if you go with me, arranged tours, plus all the above is $2500.00 US. Your stay will begin on the first of the month. Please PM me for more questions, to make a reservation and arrange payment. Aloha,
